When Bollywood’s topmost kitten shoots outdoors, the mob can be forgiven for going out of control.

It doesn’t take Mallika Sherawat much to make the heads turn. Just a low-neck dress could do that. But even when she is dressed up more than her usual, the lady is always prone to some over-explicit gesture of admiration from her fans.

Producer Ratan Jain anticipated something like this when Mallika went for an outdoor shooting of the film Maan Gaye Mughal-E-Azam with Rahul Bose in Pondicherry.

As soon as the word spread that none other than Mallika Sherawat was in the vicinity, the locals in the area thronged the shooting venue in hordes just to have a dekko of their favourite s-ex-bomb.

Thankfully, the film’s production team was equipped to handle the crowds. The producer had hired no less than 100 security guards from a local agency only to provide adequate security to Ms. Sherawat. The shooting that had to be done on a street was at last completed without any untoward incident.

Mallika is known to be very particular about her security in public places. Earlier, while shooting her film Ugly Aur Pagli at Mumbai’s Essel World, Mallika refused to shoot when a huge crowd gathered and there weren’t enough security men around.
