Remember the actress has done 18 odd films in all south Indian languages, but has never ever shown her belly button. Directors and heroes in Tamil have forced her during song picturisations to wear itsy bitsy clothes, but the smart girl with the help of her costume designer insists that a small patch is added to the top or blouse to hide her belly button!

In her debut film, Ghajini in Hindi, Asin was lucky as she did not have a glamourous role. But now in London Dreams in which she plays a London bred girl in a rock band, she has to show glamour.

Asin realises that unless she sheds her inhibitions and looks glamorous, competition in the form of, Kareena Deepika, Sonam and Katrina will always have an edge. It looks like Asin has become bold, smart and practical!
